Voices Action Change (VAC)

What is Voices Action Change about?

A fast-paced project created with, not for, people with lived experience. VAC aims for genuine co-production with service users to improve service delivery. A positive initiative to drive real change, because “Nothing about us, without us.”

Voices Action Change will embed service user involvement into the heart of Cardiff and Vale substance use system design, delivery and review.

A one-year partnership between Recovery Cymru and Kaleidoscope Project, supported by Pobl, we’re passionate about ensuring access and opportunities for people to use their experiences to shape services and drive change.

We work with individuals, peers and services to increase development opportunities.
