Our Projects

Our projects range from small pilots and service evaluations to formal research studies in partnership with universities and other organisations. Some focus on specific interventions, while others explore wider questions around systems, access, and experience.

It’s important to us that we share our work openly so others can learn from what’s worked, what hasn’t, and what we’d do differently next time.

This review was a peer-led evaluation, part-funded by the Welsh Government, to gain valuable qualitative insights into the Buvidal treatment journey. The survey process was designed and delivered with Peers with lived and living experience.

The first pilot of its kind in Wales sees Naloxone, a life-saving antidote which can reverse the effects of an opiate overdose, being delivered to those at risk by people with lived experience of addiction.
